The website provides details regarding the nail printer machine, including specifications and contents of the box. You are required to carefully review the product information before placing an order. All training and operational guidance will be provided through video tutorials accessible via QR codes on the product packaging.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change.

7. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions made via the Services. Payments are processed through a third-party API (Stripe), and we do not store any payment-related information. All prices are subject to change at any time, and all payments must be made in Indian Rupees. You agree to pay all applicable taxes, duties, and fees associated with your purchases.

You agree to pay all charges at the prices in effect at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors or mistakes, even if payment has already been requested or received. Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Services at our sole discretion.

Once a payment is successfully processed, an invoice/receipt will be sent to your registered email address. Please note: All sales are final. No cancellations or refunds are allowed after payment.

8. REFUNDS POLICY

All orders are final and non-refundable.

9. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the Services available. The Services may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavours except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.

10. USER GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS

The Services does not offer users to submit or post content.

11. SERVICES MANAGEMENT

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to: (1) monitor the Services for violations of these Legal Terms; (2) take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates the law or these Legal Terms, including without limitation, reporting such user to law enforcement authorities; (3) in our sole discretion and without limitation, refuse, restrict access to, limit the availability of, or disable (to the extent technologically feasible) any of your Contributions or any portion thereof; (4) in our sole discretion and without limitation, notice, or liability, to remove from the Services or otherwise disable all files and content that are excessive in size or are in any way burdensome to our systems; and (5) otherwise manage the Services in a manner designed to protect our rights and property and to facilitate the proper functioning of the Services.

12. DELIVERY TIMELINE

The estimated delivery time is 90 days from the date of order confirmation. This timeline is indicative and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Users will be informed of any significant delays via email.

13. WARRANTY AND CLAIMS

We offer a 6-month limited warranty on the main printer machine only, starting from the date of delivery.

Warranty Exclusions:

• No warranty on consumables, accessories, or gels provided with the machine
• No warranty on other supplementary tools, devices, or packaging materials

Claim Requirements:

• The warranty is valid only in cases of physical damage to the main printer machine
• Warranty is claimable only if the unboxing is recorded in an uninterrupted and clear video, starting before the box is opened
• In case of a valid claim, the product must be sent back to the address specified by us, at the user's cost unless otherwise agreed We do not offer open-box deliveries. Claims without video evidence or involving consumables/accessories will not be entertained.

14. TRAINING & SUPPORT

Training material will be provided through video tutorials accessible via QR codes placed on the product. You are advised to carefully follow all usage and safety instructions provided in these tutorials.

15. PRIVACY POLICY

Please be advised the Services are hosted in India. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless, including our subsidiaries, affiliates, and all of our respective officers, agents, partners, and employees, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of: (1) use of the Services; (2) breach of these Legal Terms; (3) any breach of your representations and warranties set forth in these Legal Terms; (4) your violation of the rights of a third party, including but not limited to intellectual property rights; or (5) any overt harmful act toward any other user of the Services with whom you connected via the Services, Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us, and you agree to cooperate, at your expense, with our defence of such claims. 18. BUSINESS-TO-BUSINESS (B2B) TRANSACTIONS

This website also supports B2B purchases. In such cases:

• The buyer may enter their business name and GSTIN at checkout
• B2B buyers agree that consumer protection rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 do not apply
• All warranty, liability, and refund terms remain the same, unless otherwise agreed in writing

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
